ONE DAY or DAY ONE (Perfect Body Fitness Tips)

Mr. Pranav Bhandarwar, popularly known as Muscle Maniac on social media, is a fitness and nutritional consultant. In 2014, while pursuing a job and an MBA from Nagpur, he began his fitness journey.

Mr. Pranav enjoys learning how machines function and studying their parts. In his last year, however, he lost interest and decided to pursue a career as a nutritional counsellor. To finance his nutrition studies, he completed his MBA and landed a position with his dream firm, TCS.

In fitness, the best thing is to set new records daily. Pranav is suffering a severe back spasm, nevertheless, he did not give up. 

Sharing how his fitness journey began, Pranav said that in 2014, one of his cousins dragged him into the gym, he weighed barely 48 kg at the time. To improve his health and physique, he persisted on the path of fitness. In those days, there were fewer books on fitness, no credible online resources, and little direction. Therefore, he learned independently through YouTube channels. He earned his certification in nutrition later on. 

According to Pranav, health is not bodybuilding, but rather consuming everything without restriction and exercising to one’s maximum capacity. Even though they crave sweets, the majority of individuals give up sugar. Pranav asserts, however, that moderate usage of any substance does not pose a significant risk provided one continues to exercise. Many people in India follow the diets of international fitness influencers, which is a grave error. We do not know what medications they are taking, how often they exercise, or the nature of their physical exams. Many fitness coaches do not even examine their clients’ blood samples to determine their nutritional needs. The Indian diet consists primarily on carbs and lacks proteins. Since protein is not easily accessible, many individuals like supplements, which are safe to eat.

Eating healthily is not synonymous with dieting. Pranav asserts that eating either only healthy or only junk food for an entire lifetime is impossible. There should be a perfect balance between healthy eating and junk food consumption. Learning what not to do in life can provide the greatest moments. Pranav had this moment as a result of a back spasm. Every day in the gym provides him with the best moments, but his first day is always the most memorable.

Bodybuilding and fitness are a science-based art form, Pranav told The Legit Talks. Kinesiology is the study of the human body’s mechanics and includes biomechanics, anatomy, and psychology. If there is an imbalance in the body, it serves to fix it. The topic has received the most investigation after lifespan. People have wrong ideas, but the trainer should set them straight with the clients.

Talking about extreme weight loss, Pranav said that weight loss over a short period of time might have negative repercussions on the human body. The adverse consequences include effects on your bones, organ health, muscle quality, and an increase in cortisol levels (which leads to depression).

Mr. Pranav says that your principal source of income should not be as a gym trainer. This should be your supplementary income source. He enlisted the following world-class certifications in order to keep fitness their principal source of income:

  • ACE
  • ACSM
  • ISSA

Pranav’s personal and professional objectives are different. The organization’s improvement is his professional vision, while his own improvement is his personal vision. He explained to The Legit Talks that the more consistent you are, the better outcomes you will achieve. According to him, fitness is 100 percent nutrition, 100 percent exercise, 100 percent commitment, and 100 percent effort; there is no shortcut.

Pranav’s short-term objectives include obtaining additional qualifications, gaining greater notoriety, and delivering free assistance to people in need. And his long-term objective is to represent India in Mister Olympia.

Pranav recommends only considering anabolics if you’re a professional bodybuilder. Anabolic steroids have devastating consequences on the body, including DNA distortion.
