Often, determining what we want to do with our lives takes time. We make mistakes, learn from them, and improve. Mr. Jainish Soni, the guest speaker, experienced a similar journey before landing on his dream.

Mr. Jainish Soni is a cofounder of RiffScript in Vadodra. RiffScript is a startup that assists other businesses and individuals with Content Creation, Web Development, Branding, Podcasting, and Digital Marketing. The firm also has a podcast show. RiffScript differs from other companies in that they provide pricing disclosure for their services. The projected pricing is determined based on the client’s needs, and each service fee is explained to the client ahead of time. This keeps customers from becoming victims of scams and making needless financial investments. The two parties discuss their terms and conditions, and then an agreement is drafted. RiffScript’s staff consists of six to seven engineers and MBAs with expertise in their respective professions. Mr. Jainish Soni is a Web Designer and Market Strategist. Mr. Soni’s objective for this organization is to develop a platform for all digital creators, regardless of their field, to provide essential exposure and monetary benefits.

Mr. Soni had little to no experience with computers until his junior year of college. However, he picked computer engineering as his major in his final year of college. Later, he traveled to Arizona, USA, to further his education. The climate did not fit him, and he developed allergies. It became both physically and psychologically agonizing. He suddenly realized he had made a mistake by coming to Arizona. He returned to India after a year during his vacation to address his allergies. It made sense for him to switch universities to finish his studies. His Visa, however, was denied, and he was unable to pursue his desired education. Mr. Soni did not give up and chose to put himself to the test in the market. He founded his digital marketing company, giving birth to RiffScript.

Mr. Jainish was fresh to marketing. Nonetheless, he plunged in and attempted to learn everything on his own. He does not believe in excessive preparation and inaction. Grab the opportunity when it knocks, and then learn how to use it; this is his life philosophy.

On asked what his motivation was, he answered, “sense of creativity.” He is so obsessed and passionate about the work that he takes client calls even in the middle of the night. Mr. Soni provided an excellent example of the underprivileged. These folks labor hard, while the affluent find ways to avoid work. He is impressed by the hard work of such impoverished folks. He believes that such people are deserving of more.

Mr. Soni defines success as “people’s perception of you.” I enjoy the feeling of accomplishment that comes from having accomplished something I’ve worked hard at, and the benefits have come at just the right time”. He also believes in consistency. Human beings can be entirely transformed by consistency. It is exciting at first, a little tiring in the middle, and productive towards the conclusion. Dr. Jui, the host, suggested that we become more disciplined and punctual.

The message that Mr. Soni wishes to communicate is that life is a puzzle. Arrange the pieces one by one; give it some time but don’t give up. Everything will ultimately fall into place, and the puzzle will be complete.

Creativity Takes Courage

Creativity is not as simple as it may seem. It takes a lot of patience, passion, hard effort, and, most importantly, courage to be creative. It takes bravery to be creative to stand out from the crowd. Vishwa Pandit, the guest speaker, exhibits such courage.

Vishwa, a software developer at eInfochips in Ahmedabad, has two responsibilities in her life: a software developer on weekdays and an artist on weekends. She studied electronics and telecommunications at the Vadodara Institute of Engineering. The transition from ETC engineer to software developer to an artist was challenging. She disliked coding in junior college. She was unable to continue coding for her senior college as well. As a result, she chose to change her professional path from computers to electronics. Vishwa realized what a dumb mistake she had made while studying core ETC subjects in her second year. She persisted in her chosen route, and in her third year, she discovered a new approach to learning to program. Her curiosity grew, influencing her job as a software developer. In her last year, she was hired on campus as a Technical Recruiter by an IT firm. Her job description, ironically, required her to phone candidates and inquire if they were searching for a job as a software engineer. Vishwa needed a lot of guts to quit her current job and begin training for the job she wanted. After three months, she was hired, and her career began.

However, things were not going well for her at her new job. It was difficult to code at the position, which appeared to be rather simple in the training institute. Six months later, she began to doubt herself and lost confidence in herself. She never gave up and worked tirelessly to achieve her objectives. Her efforts were honored with the “Made a Difference” award. Even though her self-esteem was devastated, she maintained her courage.

The weekdays flew by, and the weekends arrived with renewed energy and possibilities. She used to be a TikTok artist, but the authorities banned the app during the pandemic. Vishwa then experimented with her artistic side by scribbling on a little piece of paper. Vishwa was surprised because she thought she wasn’t a decent artist. Scribbling evolved to large drawings, giving rise to Rachanatmakchitrakriya, her Instagram account.

Vishwa defines art as “time spent with oneself.  One thing I like about myself is that I am dedicated to my work,” she said.

When asked to define self-improvement, she said, “Continuous efforts; without which you cannot do anything.” Vishwa went on to say that she is proud of herself every day and for every tiny accomplishment. She urges everyone to be proud of themselves, no matter how great or tiny their accomplishments are.

Vishwa’s message is “Believe in yourself, even if no one else does.” We know what we can and cannot accomplish, not the people.” She had hostility from her close friends and family for her new creative artistic endeavors, but her tenacity and self-confidence enabled her to persevere.

Vishwa follows The Legit Talk Show regularly. She stated that the experiences published on this platform have influenced her in a variety of ways. What she enjoys most about the show is the idea of common people encouraging rather than celebrities.

Hello, today on The Legit Talks we are thrilled to welcome Dr. Mariya Aziz, a general cosmetic & dentist,
also a fitness enthusiast. She tells us that being a dentist she has to sit for hours and hours, making her body stiff and tired. This is the reason she got into fitness and also guides people as a fitness coach.
Dr. Mariya takes us through her journey of college; being born and brought up in Dubai, shifting to Wardha, India was a drastic change for her she tells. She had to overcome a lot of problems and get comfortable with the surrounding & people. She also wittily pointed out “hostel ka khana!” and her challenges adjusting to the food.


Her journey from Dubai to India is worth listening to. Being a fitness coach and expert, Mariya has brought a lot of changes in herself and looking forward to changing society. Know in detail how Mariya is helping herself and others in bringing the change in them, and guiding them towards a fit and healthy lifestyle.


She has this charismatic personality that charms the listeners. Her enthusiasm toward fitness is worth listening to. She tells our viewers that our attitude towards life should always be positive, and we should take care of ourselves by being fit and following fitness guidelines. She exclaimed, “one should always be fit .”

Apurva Jawade

Legittalks is thrilled to invite and connect with Apurva Jawade to talk about her experiences, how she handles life and her nit-picks through her everyday life. She describes herself as a fun-loving party girl who loves to go out with friends and sometimes stays alone, kind of mixed fruit in the basket.

We asked Apurva what she likes to do in her free time, and she told her she likes to listen to music, chill, and Netflix, & read books in her free time. She tells us she is not a huge book person but a light reader. Apurva mentions that her motivation and inspiration come from her friends, who motivate her, talk to her, and boost her confidence whenever needed. She tells us her friends are her hero, her guardian, and she gets positive vibes that help her share her happiness with them.

Apurva tells us dancing and grooving to music helps her in connecting to herself. Furthermore, she describes herself as a dancing person and always excited to dance whenever chance arrives and cannot resist dancing. Apart from dancing she also mentions she loves traveling, in her own words she says “I love to travel a lot, I want to visit each and every corner in the world, visit every continent”. She tells Legittalks lockdown is stopping her from traveling.

When asked where she sees herself in 5 years, Apurva tells her future plans of administering her business and plans to open a wellness center. She is striving hard to open the wellness center as soon as possible, and along with administering the wellness center, she would also love to travel around the world. Apurva mentions that whenever she is having one of those bad days, she loves to clean, which brings clarity to her mind and helps her think things through. She also says that Monica from the TV series F.R.I.E.N.D.S teaches her discipline and she loves to learn certain character’s personality traits.

We asked her what is one decision she regrets in her life, she mentions that not taking her own decision and relying on others, mostly on her Dad for taking her decisions is one regret she has. She believes in taking her own decisions in the future and being more decisive. This also helps us in being more aware of ourselves and deciding for ourselves what is right for us. She wants to be self-sustainable and she is trying to get out of her comfort zone.

Apurva told our viewers that we should be proud of every little achievement, which boosts our confidence and helps us in taking better decisions. She mentions she is proud of all the little achievements that she is proud of and everyone should be. She is proud of taking her own decisions. She says self-appreciation is one quality that everyone should have in them. Every small gesture should be appreciated and should be proud of!!

Talking about her experiences on Social Media, Apurva tells our viewers that Social Media is an extremely positive platform if used correctly, and one can achieve or do something which they were not sure they can. She also mentions how social media can help you transform, and be daring. When asked about staying away from home, Apurva tells our viewers that she can manage herself and things around her in a better way. Time management and money management are some of the things she mentioned you can only learn when you leave your comfort zone and live alone.

Taking a dig at her thinking about independent women, Apurva in her own words said “An independent woman is one who doesn’t need someone to pay for me, take decisions for me, living on her own terms and being self-sustained”. She mentions that every girl and woman should have financial independence, and should be able to have that sustainability that she is not dependent on anyone for financial help. Such words really inspire women today and Apurva’s thoughts are quite spot on about independent women and how a woman can achieve financial independence. She also added that everyone should have their own perspective, and every human being is entitled to having their own opinion, perspective, and should own up to it.

As we were in the final stages of our talk, Apurva tells our viewers about life. She says “You need to be optimistic about each and everything, you need to appreciate yourself, buy your own stuff and be proud of yourself. Small achievements should be cherished and be proud of yourself, make short-term goals, and try to achieve them. Try to be brave, speak yourself out.”

Learn From Your Own Mistakes

LegitTalks welcomes and is extremely excited to welcome Nishant Pawar. Nishant told us during the talk show that he is pursuing Engineering, but his passion lies in Hotel Management. He had two dreams in his childhood that he aspired to achieve, Money and Hotel Management as he was fond of food. But he exclaims that like many other families he was forced into doing Engineering. He also told us that when he entered the Stock Market, it was just a business for him, and it still is. He advises spending the hard-earned money carefully.

When asked about the journey into the Stock Market, Nishant had an elaborate story for our viewers. He told us that in 2018 he had the idea of entering the Stock Market. He initially invested capital of 25k, but in the future, he lost the money. He says “Due to lack of knowledge of Stock Market, I didn’t know where to invest, so I went to Pune and learned the basics of the Stock Market”. He also told our viewers that after learning the basics, he got good investors, but eventually, the fruits were yet to bear, and before the fruit ripened in the Stock Market, he lost money from multiple investors in 2020. He told our viewers about his journey through depression and frustration, and how hard times get.

Nishant told our viewers that after all the hardships that he has been through, the worst part was not over yet. But he found his boost in the confidence his initial investors had shown in him. After all, if you have the people’s trust, you can achieve anything and reach the summit. According to Nishant, the way to reach the pinnacle of success, one has to believe in it. In his own words, he said “I paved my way to success and the place where I am now”. He suggested to our viewers that the Never Give Up attitude is what kept him going, and without that he wouldn’t be with us, interacting with us. He started The Central Trader and recovered from all losses step by step.

When asked Nishant, what does success mean to you? He told us “Any goal achieved is success for me, and a goal is your dream. When a goal is achieved, the dream completes. Have a proper plan of action.” Nishant also told our viewers that when someone is stuck in a 9-5 job, you’re never your boss. Eventually, you end up working for some organization that sucks out the enthusiasm in you, so be your boss. Furthermore, he adds he is extremely proud that 80% of the money spent on his office is spent by him, and that is a big deal for him to have everything falling into place. In the end, for our viewers and readers, his success mantra is “Never give up, and build your way”.
