ONE DAY or DAY ONE (Perfect Body Fitness Tips)

Mr. Pranav Bhandarwar, popularly known as Muscle Maniac on social media, is a fitness and nutritional consultant. In 2014, while pursuing a job and an MBA from Nagpur, he began his fitness journey.

Mr. Pranav enjoys learning how machines function and studying their parts. In his last year, however, he lost interest and decided to pursue a career as a nutritional counsellor. To finance his nutrition studies, he completed his MBA and landed a position with his dream firm, TCS.

In fitness, the best thing is to set new records daily. Pranav is suffering a severe back spasm, nevertheless, he did not give up.

Sharing how his fitness journey began, Pranav said that in 2014, one of his cousins dragged him into the gym, he weighed barely 48 kg at the time. To improve his health and physique, he persisted on the path of fitness. In those days, there were fewer books on fitness, no credible online resources, and little direction. Therefore, he learned independently through YouTube channels. He earned his certification in nutrition later on.

According to Pranav, health is not bodybuilding, but rather consuming everything without restriction and exercising to one’s maximum capacity. Even though they crave sweets, the majority of individuals give up sugar. Pranav asserts, however, that moderate usage of any substance does not pose a significant risk provided one continues to exercise. Many people in India follow the diets of international fitness influencers, which is a grave error. We do not know what medications they are taking, how often they exercise, or the nature of their physical exams. Many fitness coaches do not even examine their clients’ blood samples to determine their nutritional needs. The Indian diet consists primarily on carbs and lacks proteins. Since protein is not easily accessible, many individuals like supplements, which are safe to eat.

Eating healthily is not synonymous with dieting. Pranav asserts that eating either only healthy or only junk food for an entire lifetime is impossible. There should be a perfect balance between healthy eating and junk food consumption. Learning what not to do in life can provide the greatest moments. Pranav had this moment as a result of a back spasm. Every day in the gym provides him with the best moments, but his first day is always the most memorable.

Bodybuilding and fitness are a science-based art form, Pranav told The Legit Talks. Kinesiology is the study of the human body’s mechanics and includes biomechanics, anatomy, and psychology. If there is an imbalance in the body, it serves to fix it. The topic has received the most investigation after lifespan. People have wrong ideas, but the trainer should set them straight with the clients.

Talking about extreme weight loss, Pranav said that weight loss over a short period of time might have negative repercussions on the human body. The adverse consequences include effects on your bones, organ health, muscle quality, and an increase in cortisol levels (which leads to depression).

Mr. Pranav says that your principal source of income should not be as a gym trainer. This should be your supplementary income source. He enlisted the following world-class certifications in order to keep fitness their principal source of income:

  • ACE
  • ACSM
  • ISSA

Pranav’s personal and professional objectives are different. The organization’s improvement is his professional vision, while his own improvement is his personal vision. He explained to The Legit Talks that the more consistent you are, the better outcomes you will achieve. According to him, fitness is 100 percent nutrition, 100 percent exercise, 100 percent commitment, and 100 percent effort; there is no shortcut.

Pranav’s short-term objectives include obtaining additional qualifications, gaining greater notoriety, and delivering free assistance to people in need. And his long-term objective is to represent India in Mister Olympia.

Pranav recommends only considering anabolics if you’re a professional bodybuilder. Anabolic steroids have devastating consequences on the body, including DNA distortion. His message to the audience is that fitness is either one day or day one, the choice is yours. His favorite saying is “I can. I will. The end of the story.”, by Andrew Jacked.

According to Pranav, The Legit Talks is a developing platform that serves as an inspiration to many. He views his appearance on The Legit Talks as a significant opportunity.

Make Your Journey Unforgettable, So That It Never Fades

Dr. Ashish Dambhare is a dentist with a master’s degree in periodontics and implantology who maintains a practice in Wardha, Maharashtra.

Dr. Ashish stated, about the recent pandemic scenario, that humanity is facing an invisible enemy, i. e. the Coronavirus. This has compelled us to view formerly unimportant matters with greater significance. Dr. Ashish recommended that both patients and physicians adhere to the appointment system. Thus, there is no disorder in the hospital, and the patient is less at risk of contracting the coronavirus. In addition, he insists that the patient provide the doctor with their covid and vaccine history. This enables doctors to provide correct care and ensures the safety of people in the vicinity. Taking covid measures is not only the responsibility of healthcare staff but also of patients who visit. Dr. Ashish stressed that, from the doctor’s perspective, the doctor also must monitor the patients and inquire about their covid and vaccination history. He noted that the doctor’s statements can occasionally encourage people to receive vaccinations and take precautions. This pandemic has taught us that you are the centre of your existence, then your family, friends, relatives, professional colleagues, etc. If everyone adopts this mindset and puts their safety first, it would be simple to eradicate covid from India.

Dr. Ashish discussed mucormycosis, a rare fungal infection that is not a novel condition. By customary policy, before the release of the vaccination, some individuals were prescribed steroids in addition to their prescribed medications. The dosage of steroids is gradually decreased. Other disorders, such as diabetes, might reduce a patient’s immunity, creating a favorable environment for the development of mucormycosis. For the prevention of such illnesses, internal cleanliness of the face is essential, according to Dr. Ashish.

Dr. Ashish discussed his college years and stated that everyone had comparable experiences. According to him, the nicest aspect is that parents pay for undergraduate education, allowing kids to relax and concentrate solely on their studies. He spoke humorously about the UG college years and how enjoyable they were. Following the UG is the internship. As we focus more on our work, the distance between our friendships steadily grows, as he explained.

After his undergraduate studies, Dr. Ashish traveled to Mumbai to conduct clinical research. He then worked for pharmaceutical businesses and the Nagpur Cancer Research Institute. After graduating from Parbhani College, he had to move to the city of Wardha and open a clinic. Within six months of beginning his clinic, he was accepted to medical school for MD. As a result of his significant interest in surgery, he chose periodontics as his branch of study. After 5 years, he continued his education at the same college where he completed his undergraduate degree. It was tough for him to manage the clinic with his postgraduate studies. In addition, his boss did not permit the postgraduate students to establish their clinic. Dr. Ashish was finding it increasingly difficult to conceal his secret, but he had no alternative. However, the boss found out in his third year, but no damage was done. During his PG years, he realized that to acquire information, one must be submissive.

The nicest aspect of PG was that he turned his thesis into a book, which was accepted for publication in a German journal the day before his final practical examination. His guide was likewise pleased and informed everyone.

Dr. Ashish earned a national award from the Hands of Milkha Singh for Best Dental Author. He shared the story with The Legit Talks. After receiving the printed copies of the book, he presented them to the professors, took photographs, and shared them on social media. One of his senior professors noticed this and requested that he send a digital copy of the book to an award ceremony. This honor was known as the Indian Healthcare Professionals Award (IHP Awards). Dr. Ashish was both thrilled and anxious about earning the honor. During the award ceremony, Milkha Singh started to depart as it was getting late, but Dr. Ashish managed to get his autograph on his book and took a selfie. Milkha Singh praised his efforts and wished him success in his future endeavors.

Dr. Ashish founded the Indian Dental Association (IDA) Wardha branch. He spoke with all of Wardha’s dentists so that they would not feel left out of the decision-making process. The branch was formed after he followed the procedure. For the first IDA meeting, he encountered significant obstacles, but he was able to attend. The IDA Wardha branch was honored with two state awards and one national award.

Cosmetic dentistry is a fairly sophisticated term. According to Dr. Ashish, our smile is grossly undervalued; we do not recognize its worth. In cosmetic dentistry, both functional and aesthetic factors are important. Additionally, a person’s smile is indicative of their personality. Dr. Ashish believes that a person’s confidence and attitude reflect their awareness of their smile. He stated that dentistry is an art form because the dentist must have an artistic sense of what he can perform and what changes it may bring about in a patient. This is what distinguishes dentists. To become a better dentist, you must engage in activities beyond practice.

Dr. Ashish is grateful to his family, friends, colleagues, juniors, seniors, and professors. He is also thankful for his self-belief and planning.

Dr. Ashish admires The Legit Talks Show, stating that it is an excellent resource for learning basic things. Eventually, life’s smallest things or actions grow into its greatest accomplishments. He also valued the relevance of the questions asked.

Priority and Visibility is the key to Excel in Life

Mr. Hitesh Kamble is from a small town in the Wardha district. Every day, he accompanied his father to the farm to assist with farming. Whatever he is today is a result of his agricultural roots in the past. A farmer, according to Hitesh, is nothing more than an engineer. He is proficient in planning, carpentry, and other related skills. This motivated Hitesh to pursue a career in technology. Therefore, he relocated and earned an engineering diploma. He also spent nine years at IIT Bombay. Mr. Hitesh participates more in the research project. He is currently based in Saudi Arabia.

Being a researcher is quite difficult. Each day must be spent working in preparation for the next. Being in Saudi Arabia, Hitesh is confronted with cultural differences, yet he perseveres through daily hardships to gain more success.

When it comes to principles, Hitesh thinks that whatever you say either causes chaos or makes a good speech. He stated that sometimes we must be harsh. If you think righteously, you will also speak righteously.

Hitesh also discussed the potential of meditation to increase his brain’s activity. Everyone has examined the effects of meditation and has their definitions for it. Meditation influences your lifestyle as well. During the pandemic lockdown, he dug deeper into meditation. He found that when we are meditating, our attention shifts to our discomfort, however when we are eating, our attention is solely on the food and not the agony. This is because our mind and body are in sync. Additionally, he highlighted the thought process. Meditation is nothing more than your attention on a single object. For some, even reading or cooking is meditation.

Hitesh spoke with The Legit Talks about the benefits of meditation. The advantages include:

  • Eliminating insomnia to some degree
  • Anger management
  • Taking initiative
  • Greater tolerance
  • Good listener

Meditation is tough in the current environment. People often say, “You only have one life, so live it to the fullest.” And Hitesh thinks that in order live to the fullest, one must first understand how to do it. Therefore, meditation is essential.

He gave some essential meditation suggestions for beginners.

  • Maintain your diet
  • Begin slowly
  • Examine your comfort

Hitesh thinks that childhood is the finest period to learn through a sense of curiosity because children have more freedom than adults. We tend to become more materialistic as we age. People typically state that they would engage in social activities after retirement, he insists that social work be initiated at an early age.

Hitesh’s exposure to the lifestyle of Mumbai was a cultural shock, as he grew up in a rural area. He utilized local trains with thousands of passengers. He used to stare at them and wonder why they were referred to as machines. They have an abundance of vision, lofty aspirations, and so much to accomplish every day. He met several folks from many backgrounds. Each of them influenced him in some manner.

According to Hitesh, his greatest accomplishment is surviving the Covid time. During the pandemic season, he traveled frequently and spent the majority of his time in quarantine. Hitesh considers spending quality time with his family whenever they required it to be another accomplishment.

Also Hitesh is a chip maker for electronic devices. He outlined the procedure and how India lacks the necessary technologies. Nonetheless, he anticipates India’s progress in this field in shortly advice that Hitesh gives to candidates of all fields is that have priority and visibility to excel in life.

According to Hitesh, Muhammad Ali is the most legit person in his life. He also admired the Buddha as a child. His legit feature is that he has a great deal of patience and can be aggressive when necessary. Hitesh’s advice to the audience is to avoid taking permanent actions based on temporary feelings.

On larger platforms, the story of the common guy has never been presented. Mr. Hitesh remarked that the Legit Talks show is a terrific venue for understanding every man’s narrative and experiences.

Mission

Mission Make India Read -The Booklet Guy

Amrut says The Booklet Guy is not a brand, celebrity, motivational speaker, Ted Talk speaker, content provider, or life coach. He is a bibliophile who does not wish to keep all the benefits of reading to himself, but rather, for a larger purpose, wishes for India to develop a reading habit. The Booklet Guy is with a strong desire to instill a reading habit in young India.

Amrut is continually looking to improve the Booklet App and his reading habits. He sticks to the excellent advice in the book So Good They Can’t Ignore You by Cal Newport, which advice drawing inspiration from professionals in other disciplines. This would distinguish one from the crowd. Out of 100 such ideas, at least 2 would be executable. For Mr. Amrut, success is a feeling, and it is a daily affair. One should not define success by past accomplishments. Life is not the interval between birth and death; it is the present
moment. What you do from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed determines your life. Every day should begin with a clean slate to accomplish more. He explained to The Legit Talks that his appearance on Ted Talks, Josh Talks, or other such venues is not an accomplishment, but rather an acknowledgment of his accomplishment. Sometimes success disguises itself as a diversion.

The first book that Mr. Deshmukh read was Shyamchi Aai by Sane Guruji which was passed on to him by his late mother. After completing his board exams, he shifted his reading focus to nonfiction. His first nonfiction book was Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki and Sharon Lechter. Amrut emphasizes the book’s concept over its genre. If the book does not interest you, you should begin reading another book. The very first habit that Amrut discusses in his book, 7 Habits of Highly Effective Readers, is to not make reading too special; instead, make it normal, because habits are casual. You are just abandoning the book, not the reading habit when you stop reading halfway through. You are at least aware of the types of novels you prefer and dislike. Due to technological advancements, the definition of reading has grown. Great thoughts, ideas, experiences, and research are transferred from the author’s mind to the reader’s mind through the medium of a book. The medium does not matter when reading, regardless of whether it is a PDF, a physical book, or internet material. There is no way to learn without making mistakes. They celebrate errors in booklet households. The key responsibility of a reader is to ensure the safety of his subordinates. They feel secure when making errors. In the future, people will be more eager to take chances, which will result in the development of new ideas and innovations.

Then Amrut discusses his life’s blunders, when he first began developing the booklet application, he considered outsourcing the task of summarising the book to someone else. On second
thought, that would have been the greatest mistake of his entire life. He recognized it would be similar to asking another person to exercise on his behalf. Thankfully, he realized this fairly early on and continued to pursue his objective. Family time, reading, meditation, physical activity, long-term thinking, and self-reflection are the most important aspects of life, but they are never urgent. The booklet guy is for those who see the value of reading but are unable to make it a high priority. The booklet app
facilitates access to books and reading. If a person like a book’s summary, he will want to purchase the book and dig deeper.

He emphasized the significance of developing professionally. He also discussed how passion arises with mastery of a task. First, you struggle at your job, then you achieve mastery, and last, it becomes your passion. According to Amrut, his greatest obstacle involved establishing and keeping his values. He designed the booklet app such that the reader may only download the next book summary after completing the previous one. While reading the Buy 1, Get 1 Free sign in the mall, he had the inspiration for this concept. He feels that values serve as an anchor for better decision-making. Most travelers choose to listen to the audiobook version of the book. During the voyage, network connectivity is frequently lost.
This inspired Mr. Deshmukh to consider offline access. He viewed every obstacle as an opportunity for advancement.

While the world revolves around the clock and schedules, Mr. Deshmukh is focused on the compass. The tasks must correspond to the direction of your objective. Prioritizing your calendar is more crucial than completing tasks. He also discusses To Do lists and Anti-To Do Lists with The Legit Talks. Amrut also spoke to The Legit Talks about the effective practice of random reading. This practice facilitates the investigation of numerous topics. Reading anything contrary to your beliefs helps you comprehend alternative viewpoints. His message to The Legit Talks viewers is to be more courageous and risk-takers.

Manifestation Works! If You Can Dream, You Can Do It

Dr. Sailee Shinde Tajne is an Obstetrician and Gynecologist operating at the Seoni, Madhya Pradesh general hospital. She explains how everything works based on her own experience.
Dr. Sailee has matured into a more responsible individual who takes pride in her work. She was very enthusiastic about radiology. Nevertheless, she picked gynecology as her specialty because many of her sisters required appropriate answers to their issues. When it comes to their health, people typically place their trust in their family doctor. Working in the hospital made Dr. Sailee aware of the realities of India’s people.

As a result of Covid, both hospital employees and the general public encountered numerous obstacles. During the peak of the epidemic, when all hospitals in the city were at capacity, rural residents were unable to obtain a basic health examination. During the covid period, surgery was unaffordable since prices were very expensive. In such tough circumstances, Dr. Sailee was a tremendous aid.

Dr. Sailee described her most challenging surgical procedure. She operated for cervical incompetence. She had just read about it in textbooks and had no firsthand knowledge. She was able to observe the fetus because she could tell that the uterine opening was wide open. She had to insert the infant into the uterus and sew the uterus. She prayed to God and did her best during the extremely risky surgery. The procedure was successful, and the woman gave birth to a lovely and healthy child nine months later.

She is a firm believer in the power of manifestation and routinely applies it. She advises everyone that if they believe in what they desire, they will achieve it. Dr. Sailee manifested all of her desires and was able to accomplish them. Even if the world is not good to you, she suggests being kind to others. She is also a firm believer in karma. Helping people is the primary goal of being a doctor. Dr. Sailee reminds everyone around her who is seeking an MBBS degree of their education’s actual purpose. Do not allow people’s opinions to influence you. Doing everything with good intentions, and the rest will fall into place, is her motto.

“You should never be the most intelligent individual in the room. If you are the most intelligent individual in the room, you are in the wrong room.” This is her favorite quotation, which motivates her to learn more. We never know how many lives we touch and what changes we make in the lives of others. We cannot predict what will inspire or motivate us. The Legit Talk is a tremendous source of inspiration and motivation, and Dr. Sailee likes the show for this purpose.

Don’t Stop, Search for your Passion – RJ Preeti

RJ Preeti is a radio jockey and Regional Director for Radio Orange. It has thirteen radio stations in India. She began her career by completing an internship at Radio Mirchi and My FM.
RJ Preeti explained to The Legit Talks that she prioritizes all of her tasks, which enables her to manage her household and career. Being an RJ is not comparable to a 9-to-5 job. They also experience good and bad days in their personal lives, but they cannot allow them to affect their professional lives. Initially, it is difficult, but they ultimately learn to adapt. Since RJ Preeti has a midmorning program from 11 to 2, she prepares her content and conducts her research the day before. It’s not just about the show; they must communicate with the audience as a friend or counselor.

RJs must also be skilled at creative writing. In a three-hour program, they only get 15 minutes to speak. In those 15 minutes, they must speak concisely and to the point. They are not permitted to even fumble throughout the speech. However, RJ Preeti told us that modern audiences are more tolerant than in the past. The audience comprehends the RJs’ errors and is quite supportive. RJ Preeti urges that all RJs be themselves with a layer of clear attractiveness.

RJ Preeti thinks that interacting with followers provides a unique sense of fulfillment. She discussed with The Legit Talks some of her experiences. She received a caller who expressed gratitude. She was confused as to why the caller was praising her and requested him to clarify. The caller stated that RJ Preeti inadvertently inspired him every day to pursue his passion. RJ Preeti said she enjoys becoming a radio personality. She admires how, in rural places, radio is preferred to the Internet as a means of mass communication.

There are times when you wish to abandon everything and leave. RJ Preeti has similar days, but she inspires herself to persevere despite the obstacles. Such adversity makes us stronger. She would occasionally shed tears, release them, and resume the performance with a broad smile. She added that calling our loved ones helps. RJ Preeti discussed how social media had drastically altered RJs’ lives over the years. Previously, RJs were private about their personal lives, but nowadays, fans want to know everything about them.

RJ Preeti learns new things while leading her team. She believes that time and experience are the best teachers. Before instructing her team, she studies first. RJ Preeti thinks that training today’s generation is simple. Before she became an RJ, she wanted to be a journalist. And entered the radio industry in a state of extreme confusion. She remained motivated, though, because she knew she would be meeting and interviewing new individuals, as she had done in her newspaper work. She continues to take pleasure in her work. Then, sustaining the image in front of an audience is a difficult task. People tend to develop and mature through time, but they cannot alter the picture they have created for the audience.

Don’t give up until you discover your true passion, is the lesson RJ Preeti wants to convey to The Legit Talks audience. Don’t rely solely on Google to find out what’s happening in the world; educate yourself. She enjoys The Legit Talk show because it motivates individuals. It offers people a new way of thinking.

OPEN DISCUSSION ON PREGNANCY: UPs and DOWNs

A woman’s body undergoes significant changes during and after pregnancy. It is a period of utmost importance; thus, it is vital to take care of oneself. However, not everyone knows how to take care of themselves and what to do when something goes wrong. Mrs. Almas Quraishi and Dr. Mansi Thakur discuss the ups and downs of pregnancy with Dr. Jui, the host. Dr. Mansi Thakur completed her MS in Obstetrics & Gynecology, DNB, and MCh part two exams just recently. Mrs. Almas Quraishi practices dentistry.

Mrs. Quraishi addressed the topic of PCOS and its relationship to weight loss. Dr. Thakur noted that decreasing weight aids in restoring hormone balance. Once the hormonal balance is restored, PCOS is treated naturally. Although there is no proven way to prevent PCOS, a healthy diet, regular exercise, and weight management can help minimize symptoms.

Dr. Thakur highlighted that pregnant mother should consume prenatal vitamins. Folic acid, B9, and B12 are extremely important vitamins. Vitamin A should be avoided, as large dosages might cause birth abnormalities in children and other issues. Iron supplements are recommended for increasing hemoglobin levels. Calcium is essential for the bone development of the baby during pregnancy and lactation.

During pregnancy, weight gain is a common concern for most women, which is perfectly natural. Nevertheless, some women who are concerned with their appearance try to skip eating in the name of dieting. This leads to a fetus that is unhealthy. If the mother gains weight throughout pregnancy, the fetus is healthy. After childbirth and breastfeeding, it is easy to lose weight. An abrupt weight loss in the seventh or eighth month of pregnancy may cause fetal growth limitation. It could also be the result of a vitamin deficit.

There is frequent disagreement regarding the optimal mode of delivery. Most physicians favor c – section over vaginal delivery to prevent potential dangers. Although epidural labor decreases pain, it is not completely painless. VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Caesarean) is a very high-risk delivery, hence Dr. Thakur recommends choosing a risk-free birth. Due to the prevalence of C-sections, post-suture care is crucial. Dr. Thakur suggests avoiding home remedies and only following medical advice.

During the first three months of pregnancy, UTIs, vomiting, and nausea are frequent concerns. These symptoms are treatable with medication, so there is no cause for concern. Some women can develop hypertension and diabetes, although delivery difficulties can be avoided with proper medical care.

Dr. Mansi recommends having one child before the age of 30, or between the ages of 30 and 35 when discussing the optimal timing to have a child. Pregnancy after the age of 35 is fraught with complications.

The infant’s growth and development are dependent on nursing. After six months of exclusive breastfeeding, Dr. Thakur suggests introducing small portions of soft foods. Lactating women should consume additional calories.

Dr. Thakur also discussed birth control after pregnancy. As the lady is not menstruation during nursing, contraception is not required. Contraception is essential, however, if the woman begins menstruation while breastfeeding.

The Legit Talks is admired by both Dr. Thakur and Mrs. Almas Quraishi because it gives a platform for sharing and receiving information that most people are reluctant to question.

Freedom to choose Motherhood

Being a mother is learning about the strengths you did not know you had. Motherhood is the cultural process of locating women’s identities in their capacity to care for newborns and children. The guest speaker, Mrs. Almas Quraishi, discusses the difficulties a mother must face alone, how to overcome them, and how parenting is a choice and not a forced option. Mrs. Almas Quraishi is a dentist and she actively engages in motherhood topics. Being an elder sister in the family with working parents, Mrs. Quraishi was responsible for the younger sibling and other responsibilities. Her mother was constantly reassuring, asserting that her daughter could do everything without gender discrimination. Mrs. Quraishi states, “An independent woman is one who can stand up for herself, and nobody is telling her what she can or cannot do.”

Mrs. Quraishi voiced concern about the parenting skills of the younger generation when discussing parenting. Putting pressure on children to achieve their parents’ aspirations hampers their development and aspirations. Raising children is a difficult undertaking that should be approached more productively.

Mrs. Quraishi believes there is no right moment to be married and have a child, despite the fact that many people believe there is. Getting married and becoming a parent are not milestones to be achieved. It is up to both men and women to decide when to get married and when to have children. WHO (World Health Organization) has indicated that the optimal age for childbirth is 30.5 years. Undeniably, women’s eggs tend to deteriorate with the age. Other factors, such as previous pregnancy, a miscarriage, or an abortion, also play a significant role in conception. However, Mrs. Quraishi encourages all women to consult with their respective doctors, undergo evaluation, and then make a pregnancy decision regarding the pregnancy.

Most people recommend having a child if your relationship is experiencing difficulties. Mrs. Quraishi explained that a baby is not a band-aid that would fix a wounded relationship. The parents are expected to provide warmth and comfort to the infant; however, this cannot be accomplished if the parents’ connection has broken down. Mrs. Quraishi emphasized how such parenting can traumatize the child by stating, “The infant should have a secure ground on which it can stand firmly; if the ground is shaky, how will it influence the child?”

Mrs. Quraishi outlines the physical changes a woman undergoes during pregnancy. The most significant change a woman experiences is weight gain. They frequently disregard the notion that their body and lives are expected to change throughout pregnancy, and as a result, they get postpartum depression. She urges depressed women to seek out other mothers and therapists for assistance.

In her additional remarks, Mrs. Quraishi stresses the significance of financial planning before conception. The costs of vaccinations, as well as those of education and entertainment, are on the rise. Before having a child, it is essential to focus on financial planning for the child.

Mrs. Quraishi initially felt scared about motherhood. With the birth of a child comes the birth of a mother. Despite having no prior experience of what and how to care for the infant, it is anticipated that, as a mother, she will know everything. What should a new mother do when no one is around to support her? In foreign countries, there are Lamaze classes that teach the mother what to do before, during, and after childbirth. In India, however, the new mother is supposed to learn from her mother or mother-in-law. In such circumstances, partners should assist the new mother in overcoming the obstacles. Women should read pregnancy-related books to help them through the process.

Mrs. Almas Quraishi loves The Legit Talks because it enables viewers to learn from the mistakes of others. Every story is extremely inspirational.

The Best Advice You Could Ever Get About DETERMINATION AND RESPONSIBILITY

Determination and accountability are two foundations that will drive you to attain even the most difficult of goals. Mr. Ram Sharma is a living illustration of how the determination to succeed can lead to great achievement.

Mr. Ram Sharma is the founder of the Youth Empowerment Foundation, an NGO that works to educate underprivileged children, get them out of the trap of child labor, and empower youth with skill training to help them become self-sufficient. Mr. Sharma has faced numerous adversities since his childhood. Despite the ban on child labor, he worked as a child in a factory for a minimum wage. He wanted to complete his education, so he returned to school. He was building his profession, but he couldn’t forget about the children who were trapped in the factory, trying to support their families. This notion inspired him to try harder to provide a brighter future for such children. Education is the only way to make a positive difference in society. Mr. Sharma majored in engineering after securing first place in the entrance exam. “Sometimes we don’t understand the importance of what we want, so we lack hard effort and passion,” Mr. Sharma remarked.

Mr. Sharma has the ambition to provide better lives and education for factory children. This inspired him to establish a foundation through which he could assist many such children who work as laborers in their formative years. He battled for nearly ten years. His incredible passion for study, thirst for knowledge, and ability to learn from mistakes kept him persevering through all of the difficulties. Efforts were misdirected because no one would coach him through what he was doing. This is why he established a helpline (9811602160) where young people may speak with professionals about medical crises, career advice, mental health difficulties such as depression, and so on. He strives to offer struggling youth those things which he couldn’t have.

To spread the news about its operations, the foundation does not require any ads or political support. Mr. Sharma believes in the power of the ripple effect. Initially, he was the sole founder of the foundation. He pursued study and developed knowledgeable resources; he obtained employment and developed financial resources. He also traveled to other nations to get experience. During this journey, he formed a team of 20-25 people, then the team expanded to 500 people, and the number grew rapidly. One volunteer informs several others about the foundation. These people inform others, and so on, creating a ripple effect.

Several activities are conducted under this NGO, but Mr. Sharma had to struggle through that too. People tend to take temporary relief but refuse to learn and work hard.  Such people do not make their way, but rather rely on others to do so for them. He thrives on changing people’s mindsets by showing how they can improve themselves.

Mr. Sharma experienced numerous challenges when establishing the charity. The foundation was established in November 2017, however, the process began in June 2017. He had to pay a lot of bribes and useless expenses. The most difficult challenge, he feels, was a lack of expertise in running an NGO. He even regretted his decision by 2018. For no apparent reason, people began calling him a fraud. He felt like a failure, yet he did not give up and went on to achieve enormous success for himself and his team. He refers to his team as warriors; they are people who work tirelessly to help others despite having no prior understanding of running an NGO. Even during the Covid-19 outbreak, the soldiers did not stop.

The career guidance helpline is staffed by education specialists. Webinars are conducted in which guest speakers are invited to provide lectures. Sessions for career guidance are also scheduled. Mr. Sharma believes that having the appropriate knowledge at the right time creates many chances and keeps efforts from going in the wrong direction.

Mr. Sharma recognizes The Legit Talks as a noble platform where people can encourage others. “By learning from the mistakes of others, we can avoid wasting time making the same mistakes,” Mr. Sharma said.

Find your purpose and create wonders!

It’s not hard to find a little bit of happiness. Despite all the challenges in life, most people can find something they enjoy doing and are good at. But if you want to get the absolute most out of your life – to reach peak levels of happiness and fulfillment – you should start with the concept of ikigai. Ikigai is a Japanese word that translates as “that which makes one’s life worth living.” It is the source of completion in your life that drives you from one day to the next, just like purpose or passion fuels other people.

Finding what we truly love is a complicated process, and getting there is a journey worth sharing. Vivek Malik and Anand Srivastav share their ikigai journey with The Legit Talk. Vivek Malik is the co-founder and CEO of The Nature’s Vault, while Anand Srivastav is the Head of Marketing.

Around 15 Kilometres from Rishikesh, situated near Shivpuri, Uttarakhand, awaits an experience: The Nature’s Vault. Providing luxury amidst nature is a much-needed therapy for everyone. Glampground Vault Private Limited has started a new short-stay accommodation model, under the brand name of The Nature’s Vault, based on camping sites with all the luxury amenities and safety, which helps create a unique glamping experience. Luxury inside the beautiful domes and raw nature outside; a perfect reconnection with nature.

The venue provides a total of 6 domes, and over 250 families have enjoyed the stay to date, starting from 5th June 2021. Café and Open- Air Cinema in the cradle of nature leaves you with an ecstatic feeling. The brains behind The Nature’s Vault, as told by Vivek Malik, is Naimisha Malik, the Managing Director. The other core team members are Vikrant Bhargava (Operation Head), Rajneesh (Site Engineer), and Prakash Rai (Resort Manager).

Building something huge takes a lot of struggle and patience. It is a journey where you are tested at your worst. Vivek and Anand faced similar difficulties, including self-doubts, lesser family support, and opposition to business ideas. However, these mere obstacles only became a stepping point for their vast success. Vivek stands by his mantra while discovering his ikigai, “If you can think about something, you can create it. It’s all about imagination. You can’t sit around and wait for things to happen; you have to go for actions.” Through his ikigai journey, Anand realized that he had already faced so much criticism and self-doubts from others that it did not affect him from achieving his goal.

Vivek further shared the famous story of stones, pebbles, and sand. If rocks are placed first in a glass jar, the jar is full. If the jar is shaken a little bit, the pebbles can also have some space in the jar, keeping it full. The remaining space is filled with sand, and still, the jar is full. The rocks represent the necessities that a human requires: growth, health, love, family, passion, and profession. The pebbles represent lesser essential things such as hobbies, social media, or something you can live without. According to Vivek and Anand, Sand is the distraction that they have learned to ignore.

The Legit Talk has helped the two youngsters to meet with people they have never seen before and understand their business. They got to interact with other people, learn what company they are running and how they are doing it, share difficulties and common setbacks, and learn through each other’s experiences.  Since all chats and conversations are candid, it becomes easy and familiar to communicate with everyone without being shy, added Anand.

Vivek and Anand have found their ikigai and achieved their goals. You, too, can find your ikigai and create wonders in your life. Discovering what you enjoy the most is a crucial step. It is a reflection of who you are. It may take some time, but you have to face all your fears and overcome them. Vivek calls himself a water baby, as he loves lying in the pool of water. Anand, on the other hand, was quite scared of the waters. Vivek helped Anand take control of his fear, and now Anand enjoys swimming as well. Finding your ikigai is a lifelong process; it may take some time to discover it. But keep looking, and don’t give up! Once you have found it, build a life around it—stay committed to living out your passions every day!
